Brace yourselves, because we are just T-6 days away from rocketing into our exciting Kickstarter launch on September 19th! 🎉 We've been on a wild ride since kicking off Puberry's journey in November 2022, and we're just getting started. Let's dive into the cool milestones that have got us buzzing with excitement!
Our Story So Far
Fasten your seat belts because Puberry's journey is nothing short of a roller coaster ride of achievements. From being the champs at the Columbia Venture Competition under "Engineering for Humanity" to bagging the generous Eugene Lang Fund Investment, we've been turning heads and winning applause since November 2022.
Rocking the Tech Scene
Summer was hot, but Puberry was hotter! July saw us dipping our toes in the digital pool with a smashing one-week online course that set the stage for many more vibrant educational experiences. Our collaboration with the Columbia Build Lab brought in a squad of four software engineers, gearing up to craft our stellar web and mobile app. Not to forget the cool cats at General Assembly, hooking us up with two UX/UI sprints and a dynamic duo to develop a super user-friendly teacher/parent interface.
Did we mention the fabulous time we had at the Columbia Startup Lab? Being a part of the CSL Cohort was like catching a backstage pass to the greatest show in the EdTech world, loading us up with insights and networks that are pure gold!
School Pilots: Hitting It Out of the Park
Our offline game is strong too, with two school pilots and online courses that knocked it out of the park. Not only did we see a jaw-dropping 61% increase in test scores, but the comfort vibe skyrocketed too! Users felt a cool 90% more comfy and confident chatting about puberty and health topics with peers. Talk about breaking the ice!
Next Stop: Puberry App!
The future is bright and beaming with the Puberry app set to make waves on iOS, Android, and web platforms. The Kickstarter phase is all about fueling this dream machine to bring edgy, interactive learning experiences to #schools and #students who are eager to join the Puberry vibe.
